Latin Shoes: Free Size Exchange

If your Latin shoes don’t fit quite right, no worries - you can request a one-time size exchange at no additional cost for the new pair.

Simply send the original pair back to us, and we’ll cover the cost of creating and shipping your replacement. You’ll only need to take care of the shipping to send the first pair back. 

To be eligible, shoes must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact. Please ensure the shoes are placed and tied exactly as they were received, so that delicate details - like feathers, boa trims, or other decorative elements - are protected during transit.

 

Note: The free one-time size exchange applies only to our Latin dance shoes. All other exchanges will incur standard shipping costs.

 

Returns & Refunds

If your product arrives in the wrong size or doesn’t meet your expectations, simply email us at info@ballroomrhythmix.com to initiate a return. This guarantee reflects our commitment to providing you with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.

Exclusions:
Items that are customized or made to specific client requirements are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

How to Return

1. Contact Us
Send us an email detailing the product condition and include a copy of your electronic receipt.

2. Prepare the Item for Return

  • For clothing and shoes: Must not be worn, washed, ironed, or altered in any way. Must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • For other items: Product and packaging must remain pristine and undamaged.

3. Shipping the Product
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address. You may use any courier of your choice to return the item.

 

Exchange or Refund

  • Exchanges: Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it meets our criteria, we'll process your refund within 7 business days.
